Please note:

  • A trial lesson costs £27, which is the same rate as a one-off lesson.

  • Invoices can be paid half-termly or termly. All invoices must be paid in full by the due date stated on the invoice. Please note that the number of weeks in a term may vary.

  • Upon registration, a deposit equivalent to four lessons is required. This deposit will be used to cover the final month of lessons during the notice period and is non-refundable. A half-term’s notice is required to terminate lessons. The deposit will be applied to four weeks of the notice period.

  • Any sessions not attended will be charged in full unless the lesson is cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. We will do our best to rearrange one missed lesson per half term. Two alternative time slots will be offered, subject to teacher availability.

  • If a teacher needs to cancel a lesson (only in urgent circumstances), we reserve the right to reschedule the lesson.

  • For groups of two students, one individual 30-minute lesson will be provided to one student in one week, and to the other student the following week.

  • If a rescheduled lesson is cancelled, it cannot be rescheduled again.
