EXAMS & PERFORMACE OPPORTUNITIES
There are always opportunities to perform at Richmond Piano School! We prepare for ABRSM as well as Trinity exams. We also encourage student to join various piano festivals and we organise concerts which are the most popular events of the year!
FESTIVALS
Our students have won at numerous Festivals over the years - Kingston Upon Thames Performing Arts Festival, Richmond Performing Arts Festival, Ealing Festival of Music, Windsor Piano Festival and LVS Ascot. We are proud to be able to display their performances, medals and certificates (see gallery). Festivals are not only great for performance opportunities, but they are also very inspirational and motivational. Students are able to see others playing in their categories and are given very valuable feedback. Festivals are invaluable life experience.
Poppy, Gold Winner in Grade 5 category at the Kingston Festival in 2022. She also won a trophy for overall winner across all categories and was invited to perform at the winners concert.
EXAMS
We follow the internationally recognised ABRSM and TRINITY exams’ guidelines. These exams are set by the examination boards and happen three times a year - Spring, Summer and Autumn.

CONCERTS
Richmond Piano School organises 4 Christmas and 4 Summer concerts a year at the All Hallows Church. These are always a very special occasions with around hundred people coming to see each concert.
We also encourage students to perform at school concerts and assemblies and we always see how our students impress their friends and teachers.
